New FMS members now receive a website password with their membership card. Existing members, please take a moment to fill out this form and give us some feedback.

To recieve your private access password by email, please provide the following information. We require your email address and FMS member number (check your membership card or mailing labels) plus some details to show us that you're really who you say you are! This request will be reviewed by our diligent webmaster. He'll enable your account and contact you, usually within a day or so.

Each password is unique and only works with your FMS member ID number. If you're having trouble logging in, be sure to enter just your member number when prompted for your name, and also check the caps-lock key on your keyboard.

Since email may pass through many network servers before delivery, please help us protect our private info by changing your password as soon as you gain access. The passwords are one-way encrypted at the web site, so you're the only one who knows it. If a password is truly lost, please fill out this form and request that your password be reset to its original value. (Never reveal a cherished password by email.)
